Slab is designed to stretch and be elastic. It will dry, but it takes some time (especially in high humidity/low temperature environments). If you need to drive on it, try putting something over it like a piece of plywood. (Those used to be easy to find, for the record).
No. There are other self-leveling options out there that we are happy to recommend to you if you give us a call. We find that a lot of cracks aren’t even. Slab is nice for those to bridge the gap smoothly.
Try using backer rod in there. It will save you money (because you have to use less sealant) and also serve as a “bond breaker” – increasing durability. Sand also works.
