This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through sashco.com and related forms (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. This Privacy Policy is separate from our Terms + Conditions, which govern your general use of the Site and our product warranties.

Send you order/shipment updates, follow-up communications, and — where you’ve opted in — text messages (see Section 3)

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Text Messaging (SMS) Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages, Sashco may send you text messages related to your product sample or order, customer service follow-up, and similar communications.

Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the applicable opt-in box, you agree to receive text messages from Sashco, Inc. related to your sample request, order, or service inquiry.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help.
No sale or sharing for third-party marketing: Your mobile phone number and any information associated with our text messaging program will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Text messaging is optional. Declining to opt in will not affect your ability to request a sample or receive other communications from Sashco through phone or email.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand how visitors use it, including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal information with third-party service providers who help us operate our business, including:

Our customer relationship management and marketing platforms (used to manage inquiries, orders, and email/SMS communications)
Our SMS/text messaging platform, used solely to deliver messages you’ve opted in to receive
Shipping and fulfillment providers, to deliver product samples and orders
Advertising partners. We work with advertising agencies and ad platforms (such as Google, Meta, and other paid search, social, and display networks) to reach current customers and similar audiences with our advertising. This involves sharing certain information — such as email addresses or phone numbers, typically in hashed or encrypted form — with these partners so they can match it to their own users and build “lookalike” or similar audiences for ad targeting. Depending on where you live, this activity may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable state privacy laws, and you may have the right to opt out. See Section 7 for details.

These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to Sashco and are not permitted to sell or use it for their own marketing purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Text messages: Reply STOP to any text message to opt out at any time, or contact us at [PLACEHOLDER: contact method] to be removed.
Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us directly.
Targeted advertising opt-out: You may opt out of our sharing of your information with advertising partners for lookalike audience or targeted advertising purposes by email request.

State privacy law rights: Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (such as California’s CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of certain sharing.

8. Children’s Privacy

This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
