Caulking Fellows Brand Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions
Thank you for taking the time to apply to Sashco’s Caulking Fellows Brand Ambassador Program. We’re excited to partner with people who share our love for high-performance products and an authentic, organic approach to content creation. Here’s what you need to know:
- Onboarding:
If selected to be part of the program, Sashco will coordinate an onboarding session with you. This may be combined with other potential ambassadors. The onboarding is intended for us to get to know you, as well as give you more details about the program, what it means to be part of the Sashco community, and for you to learn some details about our products. This onboarding session is required to move forward with our partnership.
- Zero Failures Training:
If you’re selected to be a Caulking Fellow for a year or more, we ask that you attend our annual Zero Failures training event at Sashco’s headquarters in Colorado. We’ll cover your flight and hotel, and it typically happens on a Wednesday and Thursday in April. It’s a great opportunity to learn and connect with our team.
- Product Feedback:
We value your input! From time to time, we’ll ask for your thoughts on products. Your honest, thoughtful feedback helps us improve and continue delivering top-notch products.
- Authenticity First:
We want you to be YOU! No forced ads or commercials here. We love seeing you talk about what you’re passionate about and how our products fit naturally into your world. Just keep doing what you’re doing, stay true to your style, and share why high-performance products matter to you.
- Trade Shows:
If you’re attending any trade shows, we’d love for you to stop by our booth and say hello. It’s totally casual – we’re just excited to meet you in person!
- Social Campaigns & Feedback:
Occasionally, we may run fun social campaigns or request feedback. If it aligns with what you’re doing and you’re interested, we’d love your participation. Not all campaigns will be a fit for everyone- we get that. We just ask that you be willing to hear about them and participate if it makes sense.
- Compensation:
Compensation for your participation in the Caulking Fellows program will vary. Sometimes, it may come in the form of free product, while in other cases, we may offer other types of compensation. We’ll discuss the specifics on a case-by-case basis when you’re invited to join the program. We want to make sure the arrangement works for both sides.
- Content Creation:
We may ask you to create content (social posts, videos, blog entries, etc.) that aligns with our brand. You’ll retain ownership of your content, but we may request permission to use it on our channels as part of our marketing efforts. We’ll be clear about the specifics if and when this happens.
- Brand Representation:
As a Caulking Fellow, you’re representing Sashco and our products. We ask that you maintain professionalism and uphold the values of our company. We encourage positive, constructive messaging but don’t allow false or misleading claims about our products. These will be discussed in further details if selected.
- Non-Exclusivity:
Our program is non-exclusive, meaning you’re free to work with other brands and partners. We just ask that you don’t work with direct competitors to our products during your participation in the program.
- Term of Agreement:
The term of your participation in the program will be agreed upon before joining, but it can be flexible. We’re open to long-term partnerships or short-term collaborations, based on mutual goals.
- Termination of Participation:
Either party may choose to end the partnership at any time, with reasonable notice. If you decide to stop participating, we ask that you honor any existing commitments (e.g., content creation or event attendance) that are already agreed upon before ending the agreement.
- Compliance:
As a Brand Ambassador, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines (including advertising and disclosure laws such as the FTC guidelines for sponsored content). Full transparency with your audience is essential, and we encourage you to make it clear when a post is sponsored or part of the program.
- Confidentiality:
If there are any sensitive details (like product launches or internal company info) that we share with you as part of your ambassador role, we ask that you keep that information confidential until it’s made public.
- No Guarantees:
Filling out this form and expressing interest in the Caulking Fellows Brand Ambassador Program does not guarantee selection. We will carefully review each application and invite individuals who we believe align with our values and goals.
In the end, we’re not too fussy. We just ask that you be yourself, be willing to educate your followers on high-performance products in small, bite-size ways, and be willing to become part of our fun, quirky, #Sashcommunity.
