This project was previously stained with a leading competitor's product and was in pretty bad shape. It is located in Good Heart Michigan. We decided to use Sodium Hydroxide to strip the previous coating off and brighten with oxalic acid. We then followed, after the home dried, with an Osborne brush. You can see the following pictures showing before and after. We used Capture and Cascade. We mixed 75% Bronze Pine and 25% Chestnut.
