As a recent attendee of the Zero Failure Class, I wanted to pass along my thoughts about it; please share these with the instructors mentioned below.

In my professional experience, I have observed there are two basic types of business people: those who have a passion for their work, and those who consider it just a job.

The difference between the two is night and day. When you run across someone who is passionate about what they do...their eyes light up when they are talking about their product and/or service. What stood out about the Zero Failures training class is that all of the people that I ran into this weekend had that passion.

Scott is my normal sales rep and was not able to attend, but Arnie answered all my questions and took the time to get my feed back about the class.

Jim sat across from me at the Friday night dinner table and allowed me to empty my brain about the chemistry side of this business, and as a result, I really gained a better understanding of your product and the other products out on the market.

Andy did a great job demonstrating the elasticity and how the other products stood the test of time. It really opened my eyes to see how the products did over the 18 months time period and I now have a different opinion of Perma Chink's longevity.

Wayne is so knowledgeable and I wish I had more time to pick his brain.

Although Scott was not there, he has been a valuable resource for me over the past couple of years. He is always available to answer a question, discuss some marketing ideas, or call a client. I really appreciate the fact that he kept reminding me to go to the Zero Failures Class and that my schedule finally allowed me to attend.

I firmly believe that a cabin restoration has a simple recipe for success.
Good Prep
Good Painter
Good Product
Followed up by good maintenance.

This past summer, we blasted 23 cabins and I am hoping to top 30 cabins this next season.

Thanks again to you and your staff for putting on the course!

Kindest Regards,
