Overview| Being a leader in our industry demands that we continue to push for excellence in our products and services. It's why we started our Zero Failures Seminar. | |
| The Zero Failures Seminar is geared primarily towards professional contractors. Equal time is devoted to classroom learning and extensive hands-on training. Our goal is to further educate the industry in state-of-the-art application techniques, teach the principles of log and wood dynamics, and equip each seminar attendee on how to apply this knowledge to each log and wood home he or she finishes, restores, and maintains. | |

| Attendees include people who are new to the industry, as well as seasoned professionals who already have established, successful businesses. To date, we've trained hundreds of contractors in Canada, Japan and the United States. | |

The classroom sessions are taught by staff chemists who formulate our products after working in the field with contractors to understand the demands of log and wood construction, maintenance and care.
Tracy Hansen (right) teaches the hands-on section. He owns and operates Stormbusters, Inc., in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, a log home sealant and restoration contracting company. Tracy has worked in the construction industry for 30 years and log home maintenance and care. Wayne Summons (on the left) is VP of Research and Development at Sashco and wrote much of the Zero Failures curriculum. He is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines in Chemical Engineering with over 30 years of experience in the log home industry. Over the past 30 years, Wayne has overseen the development of all of Sashco's products, authored several industry patents, and has a broad knowledge of the many issues that are unique to log and wood structures.
